Submission Guideline

Manuscript Preparation:

Authors are requested to submit original, unpublished manuscripts in PDF. All submissions must be typeset in double-column format, with all fonts embedded. Submitted papers must include the contact information of all the authors. Please make sure you use the latest version of the templates to prepare your submissions.

Submission:

All types of papers should be submitted via the conferences' submission system. Authors should register with the Microsoft CMT system first ( https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F), and then make the submission via the conference submission link. Make sure you select the right track for your paper.

Final Papers FORMAT requirements:

  • Regular Papers: 6 pages with 2 extra pages allowed (with extra page fee charges)
  • Short Papers (also called research papers): 4 pages
  • Poster / Demo Papers: 4 pages
  • WIP papers: 4 Pages with 2 extra pages allowed
  • Postgraduate Forum papers: 3 pages
  • Abstract papers: 2 pages
